CTSL Event Date Reservation

Service Description

CTSL accepts one event per day. This reservation blocks the entire selected date for screen rentals and livestreaming, subject to CTSL approval. The calendar reservation covers the date; actual event and access times are supplied in the booking details. Screen rental: single TT$1,250, double TT$2,300, four TT$4,200. Separate screen service TT$1,500 per booking includes delivery, setup, installation, support and demobilization. Standard livestream TT$4,500: 2 fixed cameras, 1 remote feed, up to 4 hours, production integration included; additional hours TT$250 each. Screen rentals cover up to 8 hours at one venue. Full payment must be received and verified by CTSL before the booking is confirmed.
